As Vice President, Global Consulting Services, Mary Beth is responsible for the overall operations of Altair’s Global Consulting Services Team. Operations overseen by Mary Beth include:
Global policy design and benchmarking.
Policy and program best practices consulting.
Industry research and trending.
Thought leadership, including white papers, articles, webinars, and industry presentations.
Mary Beth joined Altair’s Global Headquarters and Central Service Center as Director, Global Consulting Services, in Plano, Texas, in 2011. Since beginning her relocation career in 1992, she has acquired extensive experience in human resources, relocation, and global consulting. Mary Beth’s career within the mobility industry includes roles as Client Services Manager, Director of Global Consulting, and Executive Recruiter.
Mary Beth holds the Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP), and Senior Global Mobility Specialist: Strategic Talent Mobility (SGMS-T) designations from Worldwide ERC®. She has received a Meritorious Service Award and a 2016 Distinguished Service Award from WERC for her many contributions to the relocation industry. In addition, Mary Beth received the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management®. She is also certified in international remuneration, including international benefits, expatriate compensation, and international total remuneration from the WorldatWork human resources association.
Mary Beth has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.
Carolina heads up the Global Mobility and Immigration Programs at Autodesk, Inc. Autodesk is a global industry leader is 3D design, engineering and entertainment software with 9000+ employees in 49 countries.
Carolina and her team manage a centralized mobility program from the Autodesk corporate headquarters in San Rafael and San Francisco. The program includes worldwide support for intra country relocations, international transfers, global immigration, short and long term international assignments.
Carolina joined Autodesk fourteen years ago. Before joining Autodesk, Carolina managed global mobility and corporate HR programs at SGI in Mountain View, California and held a consulting role at Palm, Inc. in Santa Clara, California. Carolina has 20+ years in the global mobility industry.
With 15 years of experience in corporate immigration law, Yvonne’s practice encompasses both nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions with a particular focus on PERM Labor Certification applications, J-1 Research Scholar programs, and petitions in the Multinational Manager, Outstanding Researcher and Extraordinary Ability categories. Yvonne also advises corporate clients on best practices and I-9 compliance.
Prior to joining Pearl Law Group, Yvonne practiced for 8 years at one of the largest corporate immigration law firms in the United States where she developed internal templates and processes to increase efficiencies, trained and mentored colleagues, and was regarded as the firm's EB-1 expert.
For over 10 years, Sameer has been managing immigration service delivery for Fortune 500 companies, mid-size employers, startups, and entrepreneurs.
